I feel like nobody really liked Neville until he got hot. I never heard of him being anyone’s “favorite character” until after HPP1 and HPP2. I can understand liking him for his courageous acts (although many other characters also displayed courage), but I feel like this is just an excuse because they can’t say he’s their favorite because he suddenly got extremely good looking.

Hey, thanks for assuming pretty much every Harry Potter fan is shallow. Cause sounding like a dick is a nice thing, right?

Some people, like myself half of the time, don’t really visualize and take notice of what’s written until we’ve seen it played out.

And, personally, I’ve liked Neville since day one. I thought he was the cutest, and just his personality omg. And the bad things always happened to him. He’s always just been sdfnsjkgnhkg to me. :3

-I’ve loved Neville since the first book when stood up to Harry, Ron and Hermione near the end. And continued though the books, I thought his character was cute, how he was like an off friend from the trio who couldn’t do anything right, and seemed to always be tripping over himself. He has definitely been one of my favourite characters.

I thought he got hot in the Deathly Hallows, and that’s when I started noticing Matthew, but not Neville, he was always one of my favourites <3
